What does Relevare actually see, and where does that information go?

Relevare reads the text of the window in use through the operating system’s accessibility layer, the same channel screen readers use. That text stays encrypted on each employee’s computer, and short passages about the work go to the AI for analysis. The team view shows only what Relevare concluded, never a name or a device. Your IT contact can check every permission and connection in the security overview.

How is this different from hiring a consulting firm?

A consulting firm learns your business through interviews, and interviews only capture what people remember to mention. Relevare measures the work as it happens and keeps measuring after an engagement would have ended. That measuring is continuous and specific to each person’s own workflows, rather than a workshop meant to apply to everyone, so your employees and your organization as a whole keep pace with current AI best practices.

Everyone here already has ChatGPT. Why isn’t that enough?

A chat tool answers the question it is given. Relevare finds the workflow worth improving and hands a ready solution to the ChatGPT or Claude your employees already use. We already pay for a lot of software. Will this add more?
